Στα πλαίσια συμμετοχής σε ευρωπαϊκή διακρατική σύμπραξη το ΚΕ.ΣΥ.Π Ν.Σερρών ,με συνεργαζόμενο ίδρυμα το ΣΧΟΛΕΙΟ ΔΕΥΤΕΡΗΣ ΕΥΚΑΙΡΙΑΣ Ν. Σερρών, συμμετέχει στην επεξεργασία , τον σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη των πιλοτικών σεμιναρίων στη ΡΟΥΜΑΝΙΑ-και στην ΑΓΓΛΙΑ.
Με την ανάπτυξη της τελικής μορφής, το σεμινάριο προσφέρεται με συντονισμό από το ΚΕΣΥΠ ΣΕΡΡΩΝ και το ΣΧΟΛΕΙΟ ΔΕΥΤΕΡΗΣ ΕΥΚΑΙΡΙΑΣ Ν. Σερρών, σε αιτούντες για υποτροφία GRUNDTVIG 3 στην ΕΛΛΑΔΑ (24/6/2007-1/7/2007).

Preparation Preparation
Before the training the participants will receive a questionnaire that helps them to self –assess their competences in co-operation and networking. This instrument is meant to make the participants aware for the learning goals of the course. And further on they are asked to answer a network questionnaire for a better preparation of the training course.
The 5 days training course for key persons in the various fields of adult education is a product of a SOCRATES-GRUNDTVIG 1 PROJECT WITH DURATION FROM 1/10/2005 TILL 30/9/2007. the projedt deal with. On the one hand trainers and teachers in the field of adult education are more and more demanded to act in regional and transnational networks and on the other hand in the future they will also be asked to impart key-competences to learners in the various contexts regarding the working in cooperative and networked structures.Competence in networking on the one hand means expert-knowledge regarding cooperation and networks (typology, legal form, structures etc.) and on the other hand is a key-qualification, which enables to work in cooperative and networked structures. Outputs of the project are the training modules,trainings tools and methods from the partner countries . Methods and instruments for making visible network and cooperation competences,and the ability of institutions to network and cooperate.

(CAREER& COUNSELLING CENTER)+SECOND CHANCE SCHOOL OF SERRES –GREECE.
The Environment
THE SEMINAR WILL TAKE PLACE IN Halkidiki Three peninsulas reach out deep into the Aegean Sea, depicting a fork like shape of Poseidon's trident.Kassandra, the most western peninsular of Halkidiki and nearest to Thessalonica.
Objectives OBJECTIVES
The overall objectives of the training are :
-to help participants to become more effective members of networks.
-to develop competences to attend to, facilitate and manage networks.
-to give the opportunity for generating a “new” network among the participants.
-to learn from each other’s experiences.
More specific goals are linked to the different modules of the course like:
-gaining knowledge on types, forms of networks and on the need of networking, on modalities to implement networking and increase the maturity and effectiveness of networking.
- to make participants aware of the importance of the factor “culture” for networking-whether in face to face or virtual situations ,to recognise that personal values are influencing the shaping and the work in networks, to give ideas how to generate and support a certain networking culture.
-to become aware of conflicts and their sources in networking, of personal patterns of behaviour in conflicts, and to assist in handling conflicts.
-to enable participants to facilitate networking, to get to know tools and instruments for facilitation like “open space conference», and to make use of the other participants’ experiences.
-to transfer learning results and experiences to the individual work field e.g. by personal and network development action plans, to support further networking.
-to evaluate the course offer.
Methodology Methodology
-providing background knowledge for all topics/modules (presentations and texts)
-using interactive exercises to provide learning experience on cognitive and emotional levels(e.g. group work ,role play, case counselling...)
-to support learning by explicit reflection(and discussion)phases-individually or in groups.
-using tools for learning transfer(action plans)
-facilitate the network building among participants and support the planning of further activities(exchange of experience).
Follow-up FOLLOW-UP
Within the course the participants have the opportunity to initiate a network for further learning and exchange of experience-trainers will assist this process but until the end of the course. Providing Self-Assessment, Personal development plan , an address and email list for all the participants.

First day
-Introduction-Expectations of the participants, getting to know the group of trainers, first exchange about the individual networking experiences.
-Network-Background knowledge, Types of net-working, necessity of and needs of networking, examples of networking. Presentation and group work.
Second day
-Making experience what is like to be a participant of a network, to stimulate networking building
-Theoretical background: “the culture of networking”
- Becoming aware of being a part of a group in which there are different cultures.
-Reflecting on selected aspects to influence on the networking culture.
-Personal values and their influence on the networking culture.
-Possibilities for virtual networking
-Virtual networking Etiquette
Third day
-Visiting the CEDEFOP European organization located in Thessalonica and exchanges about net-working .
Fourth day
-Facilitate networking activities
-Open- space session ,a conference method supporting networking activities getting to know and carrying out to build networks among the participants.
-Background knowledge regarding facilitating need of networks.
-Handling conflicts within networks.
- Becoming aware of personal reactions to conflict. Getting to know alternative ways of reacting.
-Reflection of conflicts situation in networking and cooperation.
-Background knowledge and highlighting specific net-work –relevant aspects.
-Handling conflicts in practice.
Fifth day
-Personal reviewing on learning success.
-Personal development Plan will assess your strengths and weaknesses and identify areas for development.
- Network Action Plan (NAP) a tool for developing your networks to reach full maturity and potential for coperation on the future
-Preparation for a future Net Train
-The VIRTUAL Grundtvig community
-Common evaluation of the training course
-Time of personal agreements for further networking process and for saying good by.
